PRODIGI® provides an integrated technology platform that connects personal care professionals with workspaces, digital tools, and operational services. Services include, by way of example, appointment management, space booking, and client communication.

3. Account and Registration

To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PRODIGI® services lawfully and in compliance with these terms. You may not use the services for illegal purposes or to cause harm to third parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the PRODIGI® platform are the exclusive property of PRODIGI® or its licensors. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

PRODIGI® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

7. Amendments to Terms

PRODIGI® reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the services after such communication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.
